Local, health insurance provider is seeking a Billing Associate Lead to support the efforts of the Billing Department in accurately invoicing and collecting premiums from members. The Billing Associate Lead will also be responsible for overseeing and coordinating time off and work schedules for other Billing team members and ensuring cross training of all Billing Associate positions. Additionally, the Billing Associate Lead will provide subject matter expertise.
