Branch Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead branch operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive growth in deposits and loans. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate a team, manage performance, and actively build relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily branch operations with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.

Manage branch expenses, payroll, and staffing coverage to ensure optimal performance.

Generate non-interest income and support deposit / loan growth through proactive business development and sales calls.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Supervise and coach employees to meet quality standards, deadlines, and branch goals.

Ensure strict adherence to security policies and operational procedures.

Engage in community involvement to promote the bank’s presence and foster customer trust.

Manage employee performance and turnover by creating a positive, motivating work environment.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to make independent decisions and demonstrate sound judgment.

Collaborative leadership style with proven ability to inspire and develop a team.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in financial services, retail banking, or branch management preferred.
