MTH Industries is seeking a skilled and experienced Glass Project Manager to lead commercial glazing projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in contract commercial glazing , with a deep understanding of systems including curtain wall, storefront, interior glazing, herculite doors, heavy glass doors, and sidelites . This role requires strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate teams across design, procurement, fabrication, and field installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple commercial glazing projects
• Oversee design, shop drawing submittals and approvals, procurement, and installation
• Lead teams in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Coordinate fieldwork and collaborate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Identify and resolve job site challenges and technical issues
• Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure quality standards are met
• Provide clear status reporting and proactive communication to all stakeholders
• Establish best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement
