About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Lab Operations Associate to support our Arlington facility. As an early team member at our logistics robotics startup, you'll keep our lab running smoothly—managing equipment, supporting testing operations, and ensuring our engineering team has what they need to deploy game-changing solutions. This is a hands-on role where your organizational skills and technical comfort will directly impact our ability to innovate quickly.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and organize lab equipment, inventory, and testing materials
• Support engineering team with test setup, data collection, and documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise
• Coordinate lab schedules and ensure efficient use of shared resources
• Assist with system setup and configuration in Ubuntu / Linux environments
• Document processes and maintain operational records
• Help onboard new team members to lab procedures and tools
• Adapt to changing priorities as we rapidly iterate on new solutions
