Key Responsibilities

Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims effectively

Communicate extensively with all parties involved in the claim process to ensure timely resolution

Provide exceptional customer service to claimants while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 5 years related claims experience

Active Adjusters' licenses in NC, GA, SC, AL, and MS

Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices

Computer experience with related claims and business software
