Position Overview :
We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Material Handler to join our team. This role is essential to our operations, supporting production by managing inbound and outbound shipments, organizing inventory, and operating forklifts. If you’re mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive and prepare all inbound and outbound shipments
- Support production employees with material needs
- Handle sheet steel (carbon, aluminum, stainless) and structural steel
- Maintain and organize inventory
- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts (minimum 3 years of experience)
- Accurately identify and measure materials
- Lift up to 60 lbs regularly
- Complete all required paperwork efficiently
- Stand for extended periods during shifts
