• Responsibilities :
• Perform
• HVAC preventative maintenance procedures
• , daily system checks, and inspections.
• Review
• specifications, system designs, technical drawings, and blueprints
• Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of
• HVAC systems
• , including :
• Process Equipment
• Plant Utility & Facility Refrigeration Systems
• Air Handlers & Supply Air Systems
• Exhaust Systems
• Heating & Cooling Coils
• Conduct
• site inspections
• to ensure system efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor and maintain
• cooling tower water chemistry
• and associated control systems.
• Ensure safe operations while working in
• confined space environments
• Requirements :
• 5+ years of HVAC field experience
• Valid Rhode Island Mechanical License
• (required).
• EPA and Refrigeration License
• (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of
• cooling tower water chemistry and control systems
• Competency in
• permit-requiring confined space work
• OSHA 10 Certification
• required.
• Ability to pass a
• criminal background check
