This opportunity is in Franklin, TN - hybrid at home / in office role.

On a day to day basis you will :

• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, forecasts, and budget variance reporting.
• Support the development and maintenance of management reporting tools for financial leadership.
• Participate in identifying and explaining variances between planned and actual results.
• Assist in creating financial models to evaluate capital projects or Ministry opportunities.
• Prepare cash flow projections and basic forecasting models.
• Analyze historical data and assist in trend identification.
• Contribute to Ministry-wide financial reporting consistency and data alignment.
• Support the annual budgeting process and assist in cost tracking.
• Help track key performance metrics and flag anomalies for review.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
