POSITION OVERVIEW
The Lead HR Systems Analyst will serve as the technical SME for the Human Resources Department. They will be an analytical thinker who is organized, detail oriented and is or will become an HR System expert.
- Serve as technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned applications within the HR Technology portfolio
- Consistently reconcile, audit, and validate all People data to ensure data quality and integrity of People (HR) data to maintain reliability in all systems and reporting
- Collaborate with business partners and / or key stakeholders to provide guidance on innovative design and utilization, assisting them with achieving their strategic business goals
- Provide day to day support, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues to provide prompt remediation
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for the administration, performance, and maintenance of the system applications assignedProvide technical support and partner with developers on the design of system integrationsEngage and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to maintain ongoing partnership with continuous improvement and innovative mindset, working to apply knowledge and strategies to meet demandsEffectively Project Manage small to mid-size projects using agile methodologies within designated timelinesIntake and translation of business requirements into processes and systems that drive efficient and consistent executionDesign and execute testing strategies and plans, including the creation of detailed test scripts for quality assuranceDevelop and maintain high-quality technical documentation such as SOWs, SOPs, System User Guides, etc.Supervise and evaluate the performance of HR data team members by providing feedback, guidance, and coaching to foster professional growth and enhance team productivityConduct training sessions for HR staff and other users involved in managing HR data by educating them on best practices for data handling, protocols, and other requirementsFacilitate software releases; oversee implementation timelines, vendor partnership and internal coordination of activities with key stakeholders to ensure no impacts to our end-user populationCreate and maintain reports while having a strong aptitude of data analytics and ability to work with multiple data sourcesMaintain data integrity in systems through creation of appropriate configuration controls, standards and processes, as well as regular audits of dataRegularly analyze work process design and flow to drive improvement in system functionality and user experience; create forms and workflows as necessaryADDITIONAL DUTIES

Solid understanding of ADP, Taleo, and UKG products preferred (or other similar HCM / HR / Payroll systems)Organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task in fast paced environmentStrong MS Excel Skills, including formulas, pivot tables and v-lookupsHR Analytic tool experience preferred (or similar report writing tools)SQL experience preferredEffective verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter, requiring minimal supervisionExcellent documentation, presentation, customer service, and problem-solving skillsExtensive data gathering and data processing skillsREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information technology preferred, or equivalent experience4-6 years' experience working with information systems and systems analysis utilizing an enterprise-wide HR system or multiple systemsJ-18808-Ljbffr
