Salary : 130K - 170K + discretionary bonus

Are you a seasoned General Superintendent with a passion for building complex concrete mid and high-rises? This is your chance to take ownership of large-scale, skyline-defining projects while leading talented teams and shaping a culture of excellence.

What You’ll Do :

As the General Superintendent, you’ll oversee every phase of construction—from planning through execution—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. Working through a team of superintendents and trade partners, you’ll :

• Plan & Strategize : Develop and execute project schedules, logistics plans, and manpower needs for major high-rise concrete structures.
• Lead & Inspire : Mentor and direct field teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across multiple trades.
• Drive Results : Monitor productivity, cost control, and quality to ensure profitable project delivery.
• Champion Safety & Quality : Uphold the highest standards of site safety and construction quality on every job.
• Build Relationships : Maintain strong client and partner connections through professionalism and proactive communication.
