We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients while managing staff and maintaining high standards of service.

This position requires weekend and evening availability. Base pay PLUS quarterly bonuses.

Duties

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest quality standards.
• Manage staff schedules, conduct employee orientation, and provide ongoing training to ensure team members are equipped with necessary skills.
• Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately, maintaining detailed records of sales and expenses.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase client retention.
• Negotiate with vendors for supplies and services to optimize operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership practices.
• Conduct interviews for new staff members, assessing their fit within the team culture.
