Key Responsibilities
Provide a superior call experience by managing customer interactions from start to finish without relying on scripts
Build rapport with diverse callers to accurately assess situations and present appropriate solutions
Focus on quality and first-call resolution while minimizing processing time and after-call work
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution
Ability to work full-time between 9 : 30 a.m. and 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday after training
Remote work requirements include a private, secure, distraction-free work area with reliable internet connection
Ability to pass a criminal background check
