job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDu berätst und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei Implementierungsprojekten von SAP SuccessFactors, insbesondere im Bereich Compensation & Variable Pay, indem du Anforderungen analysierst und Umsetzbarkeiten bewertest Auch die Präsentation von Best Practices, die Durchführung von Workshops und die eigenständige Konfiguration der Module gehören zu deinen Aufgaben Du planst und koordinierst die Projektaktivitäten und stimmst dich eng mit dem Projektmanagement sowie angrenzenden Bereichen (z.B. Platform, Schnittstellen) ab Du bringst dich aktiv in die fachliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams ein, erarbeitest neue Themen und teilst dein Wissen Zudem unterstützt du unsere Kunden in der Bearbeitung spezifischer Anfragen und unterstützt deine Teammitglieder bei der technischen Ausarbeitung von Kundenangeboten und Präsentationen In dieser Position arbeitest du überwiegend hybrid, regelmäßige Dienstreisen sind nicht erforderlich Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Mathematik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung Neben einer Zertifizierung in SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals bringst du umfangreiche Projekt- und Beratungserfahrung mit Optimalerweise hast du zusätzliche Zertifizierungen in einem weiteren SAP SuccessFactors Modul, vorzugsweise in Succession, Development oder fundierte modulübergreifende Kenntnisse in der SAP SuccessFactors Suite Du bist geübt darin, Kundenanforderungen auf SuccessFactors Datenmodelle und die entsprechenden Objekte zu übertragen Gute Deutschkenntnisse (ab B2 Niveau) sowie Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab Weiterbildung : umfangreiche fachliche und methodische Trainings inkl.
