Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Full-Time

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support elementary students in the San Antonio, TX area. This in-person role begins September 29, 2025, and runs for a 30-week contract through the 20252026 school year.

Position Overview :

Grade Level : Elementary

Caseload : Approximately 6070 students

Schedule : MondayFriday, 7 : 30 AM 4 : 00 PM

Hours : 40 hours / week

Modality : In-person

Interview Format : Virtual (in-person preferred)

Pay Rate : $45 / hour

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of an SLP
• Assist with evaluations and documentation
• Support students across general and special education settings
• Collaborate with school staff and contribute to IEP goals
