Position Highlights

Specialty : Hematology / Oncology (50 / 50 mix)

Setting : Outpatient-focused with limited hospital consults

Practice Environment : Independent, community-based oncology group

Team : Join a collegial team of experienced physicians and advanced providers

Call Schedule : 1 : 4

New Graduates : Encouraged to apply—mentorship available

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Base Salary : $400,000 – $425,000 (commensurate with experience)

Productivity Bonus : Based on ancillary services

Total Earning Potential : $600,000+ annually
