Partner Engagement Lead

As a Partner Engagement Lead, you will be driving complex and impactful initiatives that improve the quality, reliability, robustness, and performance of our global initiatives. Particularly, you have an opportunity to define and execute the partner and scaling strategy for the Generative AI Innovation Center in order to co-develop industry solutions, co-build, and co-deliver on customer engagements with partners of all categories. As a Partner Engagement Lead on this charter, you are someone who thrives in ambiguity, has experience in launching programs, experiences and processes ground up, is very good with written and verbal communication skills, is willing to roll up your sleeves and drive results. You must have sound business judgment and the ability to think strategically with a long-term vision about this fast-growing space, while being able to execute on tactical details.

Key job responsibilities :

• Collaborate with various areas of the business to manage multiple projects effectively
• Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project and solution development launches from design to deployment
• Pursue technical excellence and proactively drive positive change in projects
• Communicate risks, progress, launches, and retrospectives to all stakeholders and teams with confidence and transparency
• Continuously strive to raise performance standards using objective metrics
