Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Workday HRIS Analyst to join their Human Resources team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site, supporting the optimization and maintenance of the Workday.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Workday HCM system.
Assist with system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting issues related to HRIS functionality.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and implement system solutions.
Generate reports and dashboards to support HR operations and decision-making.
Maintain data integrity through regular audits and validations.
Provide end-user support and training on Workday modules.
Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience working with Workday
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
Pay Details : $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
