Our PCU specializes in managing patients requiring intermediate and telemetry care, with sophisticated monitoring and treatment protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive patient care plans and lead multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Oversee clinical operations for a 25-bed Progressive Care / Telemetry Unit
• Manage complex cases including cardiac monitoring, stroke care, and critical drip administration
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with healthcare quality metrics and patient safety standards
• Facilitate efficient patient flow through admission and discharge processes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs
