Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM Project Manager

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end project delivery for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM, managing multi-track plans and critical paths

Run weekly ceremonies and governance, including standups, RAID management, and executive reporting

Own data migration plans and orchestrate integrations with trading partners and third-party systems

Required Qualifications

8+ years of project management experience with 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations

Proven delivery of integrations between ERP / HCM and trading partners / legacy applications

Strong command of ERP / HCM project mechanics including fit-gap and change control

Working knowledge of FBDI / ADFDI, OIC / ETL, REST / SOAP, and reporting tools

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project
