A company is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Success, Health Care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) while serving as a CSM for key customer relationships
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and ensure CSM accountability for customer portfolios
Analyze customer data and sentiment to identify risks and opportunities, and support onboarding and success planning for customers
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in the social impact sector, including healthcare institutions
1-2 years of team management experience with a focus on mentorship and performance standards
Hands-on experience with Blackbaud solutions and services
Proven ability to build relationships with senior-level internal stakeholders
Strong understanding of cloud software and its role in driving impact
