Job Title : IT Support / System Consultant, Recording Studio
Duration : 6 Months Contract
Location : Washington, DC
5+ years of direct customer support experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required to prepare and deliver technical briefings and reports to SAA staff and / or hardware and software vendors.
Experience supporting both Windows and Apple environments along with associated back-up solutions.
Experience in supporting iOS and Android devices, including integration with studio equipment.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, particularly those related to audio systems and recording setups.
Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in studio software, hardware, and recording techniques.
