Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization

Develop tailored sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines

Conduct interviews and manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

5 years of healthcare recruitment experience in lieu of a degree, required

Bachelor's degree, preferred

Technical understanding of Workday ATS, preferred

Experience with sourcing hard-to-fill positions

Ability to adapt in a continuously changing environment
