A company is looking for an Auto Property Damage Claims Trainer to design and deliver training programs for auto claims adjusters.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver structured training programs on auto property damage claims

Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires and experienced adjusters

Evaluate trainee performance and monitor training effectiveness to drive improvement

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in auto property damage adjusting, preferably in a training capacity

In-depth knowledge of auto physical damage estimating and repair shop procedures

Strong understanding of nonstandard auto insurance, particularly in FL, TX, and GA

Proven ability to lead training in virtual and / or hybrid environments

Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms
