HIRING NOW - BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE - HYBRID POSITION

Location :

Hybrid in Grandview Heights, OH.

  • 2 days in office, 3 days at home

Shift :

Requires open availability Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am – 8 : 00pm EST

  • Training will be from 8 : 00am - 5 : 30pm EST

    • Pay Rate : $19.50 / hour

    What you will be doing :

  • Providing extraordinary care to members, partners, plan sponsors, and investment professionals on various topics.
  • Understand high-level product / plan and regulatory requirements to analyze and resolve general account, plan fees or plan inquiry questions
  • Analyze issues to determine appropriate solutions, striving for first-contact resolution.
  • Educate customers on product features, tax implications, penalties, surrender charges, death benefits, lifetime income, and other plan-related benefits.
  • Provide consultative insights by identifying and addressing unstated needs.
  • Stay updated on product changes and enhancements through daily communications.
  • Document interactions to support customer relationships and deepen engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with FINRA regulations, state and local laws, plan documents, and company policies.

    • The right candidate will have :

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales related occupations
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, communications preferred
  • Experience in financial services, insurance or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Ability to comply with FINRA rules and regulations
  • Exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving, and communication (oral and written) skills required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on first-contact resolution
