American Traveler is seeking an experienced Sonographer with at least 1 year of recent specialty experience and required ARDMS certification for a variable shift assignment.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
Work in an ultrasound department serving a Level II Trauma Center and possible outpatient imaging center rotationCaseload and patient types are discussed during the interviewAdult experience required; pediatric experience preferredMay float between main hospital and outpatient imaging center as needed40 hours per week with variable shiftsUses Cerner EMR systemOrientation details and specific job duties will be discussed during the manager interviewSupport includes lead tech and physician coverageScrub attire may be any solid color as long as professional, or scrubs can be providedRTO is subject to manager approvalFlu vaccination required for clearance; only medical exemptions considered, with a 2-week review periodCandidates must live at least 100 miles south or southwest of the facility and may not have previously worked at a Northern Light Health hospital in a permanent capacityApplicants with a scheduled flu vaccine appointment should disclose this informationFree parking availableFirst-time travelers will be considered if minimum experience is met\n \n Requirements\n
