You'll partner with hiring managers and collaborate with local schools and community partners to attract talent for this mission-driven organization.

Part-Time Recruiter Responsibilities :

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategic sourcing plans
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, and other tools
• Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring manager discussions, and guide candidates through each step
• Attend career fairs and build partnerships with colleges, universities, and local organizations

Part-Time Recruiter Requirements :
