HR Associate

Bring your solutions and ideas to life in the Human Resources (HR) Associate role while you deepen your knowledge of HR and prepare for the next step in your journey toward HR Business Partnership. Over the course of 18 months, the HR Associate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working in several critical HR Centers of Excellence (COE) focusing on talent strategy, development, business partnership, and engagement, with the final placement for a HR Generalist role.
The Associate role will report to the SVP, Corporate HR with mentorship from Sr. HR COE Leaders and direct interaction with the Chief Human Resources Officer. This position will be located in Midtown Atlanta in the Equifax Headquarters on a hybrid office schedule.
What You'll Do
- Rotations of 1-6 months in the HR Centers of Excellence - HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation, HR Operation & Employee Benefits
- Work with the global HR project team focused on AI capabilities for the HR ecosystem consistently during each of the rotations
- Learn the Operations aspect of HR through working with HR Shared Services (or say HR Ops) and the Workday team.
- Assist HR Business Partners in people strategy, stakeholder support and employee relations through reporting, analysis and other critical activities
- Work with Talent Management & Learning & Development gaining understanding of the Talent Review, Performance and Job Leveling processes while assisting on in their current priorities. Become immersed in talent review / succession planning and year-end performance review process.
- Lend a voice to Diversity & Inclusion by working with the Global Leader and team to support the Equifax Global Employee Networks and communities, and work closely with the CHRO in their role as Executive Sponsor of the Global Women's Network
- Join the Global TA organization as they continue to align external talent to internal priorities through proactive sourcing and our robust Global Intern and Rotational Development Programs
- Gain exposure to and assist the Compensation, HR Operations, and Benefits teams with hands-on work during the annual enrollment and compensation cycle.
- Participate in key initiatives and projects aligned to the HR priorities involving AI innovation and work modernization while collaborating with global team members and leaders
What Experience You Need :
