Fooji is looking for a dynamic, fearless self-starter to join our team as an Operations & Product Specialist . This role, reporting directly to the COO, will act as a true right hand—supporting business operations across the company while owning key aspects of our product QA and internal processes.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment, switches gears easily, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. From managing QA testing to updating the company website to planning a team event, this person will touch nearly every part of the business. Operations Specialist Job Duties :
- Collaborate closely with the COO to support company-wide initiatives and daily priorities.
- Own the QA process for Fooji’s platform—test new features, identify issues, and ensure smooth releases.
- Partner with Project Management, Engineering, Brand Strategy, and Operations to improve workflows and enhance product usability.
- Maintain compliance by keeping policies and procedures up-to-date and assisting with the annual SOC 2 audit.
- Keep the company website updated with the latest content and product information.
- Lead or assist with ad-hoc projects to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Coordinate company events (team-building days, celebrations, etc.).
- Support employee onboarding and internal communications to ensure a consistent, positive experience.
- Communicate with vendors and manage relationships that keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Keep the office stocked, organized, and ready for anything—whether it’s supplies, snacks, or creative solutions to everyday needs.
Requirements

2+ years of professional work experience.Highly proactive and self-sufficient (“figure it out” attitude!).Curious, eager to learn, and adaptable to new tools and systems.Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and general tech-savviness.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.Process improvement mindset with both creative and analytical thinking.Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.Positive energy and a genuine love for being productive and contributing to team success.Have a lot of different interests?
