Business Operations position, North Dallas, Texas office

Our client, a nationally recognized, high-end spatial design firm, has urgent need for a Business Operations Professional who has 5-10 years Business Operations experience multi tasking and management in the financial, human resources, general office, procurement, and marketing aspects of the business.

Qualified candidates should have qualifications that include :

  • BS degree, open on industry but real estate experience would be a plus. Small company environment will need to wear a lot of hats.
  • Analytical person with experience / expertise in Accounting, Procurement, HR, General Office, and Marketing
  • Competence in desktop and online QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, knowledge and understanding of general business, payments to vendors, managing purchasing process and related accounting and procurement experience.
  • HR experience includes preparing and processing payroll semi-monthly, consulting with employees for payroll / healthcare / employee benefits, educating employees annually during benefits enrollment and related duties.

This role will be interacting with all levels of employees, clients and vendors and must be able to converse with all employees agreeably to maintain harmony / morale within the office and maintain positive relationships with clients / vendors.
