Experience building and growing marketing teams with A-players.

Background in growing subscription-based or edtech companies.

Proven track record of managing and scaling large marketing budgets (ideally $1M+ annually)

Hands-on with AI tools knows when to prompt, when to automate, and when to trust human instinct.

Growth Mindset! Study-Practice-Fix!

Three Words to Forget

1. Employee / Employer

Those words are forbidden at ChessMood.

We dont have employees. Im not the boss. Were teammates working side by side on a mission.

2. Competitor / Competition

That mindset is for losers.

If someone does great work in the chess world, theyre our friends and well help them.

If they do a bad job, theyll disappear anyway.

At most, we say other players in the chess world.

3. Compensation

Youre not going to have compensation for your work. Surprised?

Look what does the word compensation even mean? Selling 8 hours a day for X money? Cmon!

I believe we should enjoy what were doing, and feel great knowing how were serving millions of chess lovers.

And on top of that, get a bonus that helps us enjoy our personal lives and achieve our goals.

And dont worry its not going to be a small one.
