Responsibilities and Duties
Assess patient health status and conduct comprehensive physical examinations and evaluationsProvide treatment and prescribe medications for patients with infectious diseases, including HIVDevelop care plans and coordinate follow-up care in collaboration with the medical teamMake appropriate referrals to other health professionals as neededDocument all patient interactions in the electronic health record (EHR)Write admitting orders and ensure continuity of care within the clinic and external facilitiesAdvocate for rapid entry to care initiatives and collaborate with front office and clinic staff to uphold quality care standardsDeliver competent and compassionate medical care while maintaining a high standard of patient serviceAdditional Information
