Day shift scheduling to meet your scheduling needs starting at 4am.

What You’ll Be Doing

Get ready to be hands-on and active every day. Your role will include :

Build and assemble wooden cages, crates, and frames to support the transportation of concrete forms and construction materials.

Measure, cut, and secure lumber and other materials accurately to specifications.

Safely operate hand tools and power tools (hammer, tape measure, saws, drills, etc.).

Work primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions. Inspect finished packaging to ensure stability, safety, and durability for heavy-duty use.

Assist with general construction support as needed, including material handling and site organization.

Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking reliable team members who bring energy and commitment to the job. Ideal candidates will have :

The ability to lift, bend, stretch, and stand for long periods (up to 12 hours / day)

Minimum of 1 year manufacturing or construction experience

Steel-toed boots and a readiness to work in all weather conditions

Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure and use a hammer

A strong work ethic and team-first attitude

Mechanical or maintenance experience (a plus, but not required)
