Location : Trevose, PA office (hybrid or remote)

We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a detail-loving, organized teammate to join our Post Closing, Policies & Recording Team.

What You’ll Do :

Submit real estate documents for recording with counties in multiple states

Work with local government offices to fix any rejected paperwork

Track the status of documents and make sure everything is filed correctly

Learn and follow recording rules for different counties and states

Communicate with teammates to make sure every closing is smooth

We’re Looking for Someone Who :

Has a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

Previous title experience; Recording (NY) a plus

Is great with details and loves staying organized

Communicates clearly and professionally

Is curious and willing to learn

Bonus points if you’ve worked with any kind of paperwork, legal documents, or in a real estate-related setting before
