Job Description
The Wall Street Journal is looking for a Senior Video Correspondent to join its team in New York. WSJ Video blends deep reporting with an array of formats : investigations, short and longform field pieces, fast-paced quick turn news content, video podcasts, social content, and series.
Candidates need exceptional news judgment and an extensive background in video journalism that includes deep reporting skills, source development, research, and script writing. We\'re looking for someone who can break news and thrives on building original reporting. You should be prepared to deploy into the field as needed to cover stories. You will work on short, medium and long-term reporting projects, and therefore should have experience managing a healthy pipeline of continuous work. Some experience shooting and editing video is a plus.
