job_description.job_card.job_descriptionUpdate Schedule of Values monthly based on Sales Representatives percentages Keep track of all Customer Required Billing Due dates Prepare Billing Packages by Customer Due Date; follow Customer instructions for Billing Documents and submittal; save a copy in the Folder on the Server Prepare and submit any and all supplemental Documents required for Invoice processing; Affidavits as requested Submit Billing Packages to Customers in a timely manner with all required documentation Log Billing information on Spreadsheet Post Invoices in Great Plains Understand and submit on Billing Portals such as Textura, Ebuilder, GC Pay, Procore, etc. as required Submit Lien Releases in a timely manner File Billing Documents As jobs are closed, scan file and save on Server One (1) or more years’ experience in an administrative role Ability to communicate (read and write) effectively, professionally, and friendly in a business environment. Proficient computer skills (MS, Outlook & Excel, Office 365 & Microsoft Teams). Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and fellow employees. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently with limited supervision. Must possess strong organization and time management skills.
