Who are we?

At Right at Home of Salt Lake, we're committed to supporting our vulnerable population of seniors and adults with disabilities. We provide essential in-home care services, and we're currently seeking caregivers in the Salt Lake area.

Competitive Pay : $16.00 per hour

BENEFITS

• Raises possible : 60 days and annual reviews, as long as you have consistently hours
• Receive a generous bonus after 30 days of employment! All you need to do is work consistently with us for at least 20 hours and complete the state-required documents within 2 weeks
• Paid mileage between clients' visits, as long as it's less than an hour between
• Provided with all needed PPE

• Ongoing required Training
• 24-hour on-call line for client questions and any emergencies regarding immediate schedule needs or changes
• Holiday Shifts Pay-time and a half and PTO Program FT employees
• Part-Time and Full-time Caregivers can choose medical membership , dental, vision, and mental health offered, a la carte. Ask for details!

What would you do as a Caregiver for Overnight shift?

As a Caregiver for Overnight shifts at Right at Home SLC, you will provide essential 1 : 1 in-home care services that significantly enhance the quality of life for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass not just companionship, but also assisting with personal hygiene, maintaining a tidy environment through housekeeping, and preparing nutritious meals tailored to individual preferences. You will play a critical role in ensuring medication reminders are followed, thereby helping clients maintain their health and well-being.
