PDS Tech Commercial is expanding our team of Mobile Engineers / Maintenance Technicians in Albuquerque, New Mexico. If you’re a skilled technician with expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting facility equipment, we want you on our team!

Job Description :

As a Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment across multiple sites. You will leverage your expertise in one craft area—Electrical, HVAC, Piping / Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations—and be multi-skilled in others to ensure that building systems function optimally.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to keep facilities up to standard.

Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper functioning of all systems.

Manage facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and general maintenance.

Maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment, ensuring they perform at optimal levels.

Record readings and make adjustments to equipment as necessary.

Safely handle hazardous materials and maintain a clean, safe workplace.

Monitor the quality and pricing of work performed by external contractors.

Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and identify safety hazards.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

5-7 years of experience in facility maintenance and repair, particularly in commercial building systems.

Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.

EPA 608 Type II Certification.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications :

EPA 608 Universal Certification.

Two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, or HVAC.

Pay Details : 44.77 per hour
