About the Role

As a Fan Relations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering legendary service to every guest who walks through our doors. This is more than just a cashier or front counter job it's a customer engagement position designed to build fan loyalty and enhance the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet every guest with warmth and energy create a "Wow!" experience.
  • Assist guests with orders and ensure 100% accuracy every time.
  • Resolve concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain clean and welcoming guest areas, including dining room and restrooms.
  • Promote surveys and encourage feedback to help us grow.
  • Identify regular guests and personalize their experience.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Customer-first mindset you genuinely care about people.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in fast food or full-service dining.
  • Strong communication skills friendly, clear, and professional.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit we work hard and have fun doing it!
  • Comfortable using a POS system and learning simple digital tools (e.g., surveys, scheduling apps).
