Program Security Professional

The Work : This position is located at the 115 Fighter Wing, Madison, WI and will support F-35 security operations. Due to the dynamic environment, the incumbent may be required support either first, second or third shift operations to include weekends as required. Some travel may be required. Due to local mission requirements, a Top-Secret clearance may be required in the future. The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day site security operations including but not limited to :
US citizenship is required.
The program is eager for program security professionals. In support of our US Air Force and Air National Guard customers, members of the team are responsible for providing all aspects of security support services including but not limited to : Physical Security (PHYSEC), Personnel Security (PERSEC) Collateral Security, Security Education and Training (SETA), Access Control, and Media Control.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
