The Accounting Manager will be responsible for all accounting tasks for multiple companies. A successful candidate in this role will be comfortable with collaborating as a team member in a multi-departmental / multi-company environment. Duties and Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP / AR, payroll coordination, bank reconciliations, and journal entries Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Maintain general ledger integrity and prepare financial statements for leadership review Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal / state regulations Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals as needed Implement and improve internal controls, accounting procedures, and documentation standards Support leadership with financial analysis and strategic planning Other related duties as assigned to support the accounting department Ensure management is fully informed of all accounting tasks and deadlines Strict adherence to company and external deadlines with a high level of attention to detail Minimum Qualifications : Degree in Accounting preferred. Minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role High level of proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting tools Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines Experience supporting cross-functional teams and communicating financial insights to non-financial stakeholders Fluency in English Preferred Qualifications : Experience in real estate accounting or CAM charges is a plus. BS or MBA in Accounting or related field.
