You have a talent for talent. You source, network, and never fail to fill. You match the perfect candidate with the next phase of their career. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified pharmaceutical sales candidates. You will :

• Data mine across our ATS and recruitment tools to identify candidates for priority positions
• Pre-qualify or re-qualify candidates and engage in interview coordination
• Generate leads and referrals through the qualification process
• Perform candidate reference checks

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $30 / hr. to $33 / hr. The salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
