Job Description

Our Club staff members are educators, coaches, mentors, community leaders, and ambassadors. They don't just open the doors of our Clubs – they open the door to new worlds and possibilities for kids and communities across Metro Denver.

The Club is seeking a creative and highly motivated candidate passionate about creating positive and supportive relationships with youth to serve in the role of Youth Development Specialist . The Youth Development Specialist plans, supervises, and implements a variety of high-yield activities and targeted programs revolving around these core areas : athletics, cultural arts, STEM, and education.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• One year experience directly serving youth
