District Manager For Chicago / Wisconsin
The District Manager for Chicago / Wisconsin is responsible for sales in all channels of business and will report directly to the Regional Manager. The District Manager must have the experience and dedication to create and execute an effective sales strategy while working closely with Territory Managers and the Regional Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Achieve established sales budgets
- Develop sales strategies for new product introduction into local markets
- Build relationships with key customers
- Manage pricing strategy
- Build and develop effective Territory Managers
- Establish sales budgets in each channel for Territory Managers
- Evaluate Territory Manager performance and provide daily guidance
- Communicate Company goals and agendas
Experience / Education Requirements :
Proven track record of 3+ years in sales management experience is preferredProven track record of 5+ years in flooring sales experience is preferredCollege Degree preferredProficiency with applicable technologyRegular travel with Territory Managers
