- Completes all required compliance exams on a yearly basis.

- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of Human Resources experience required.
- Prior HR experience within the Mortgage industry preferred.
- Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, exhibits sound and ethical judgment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality guidelines.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision making skills. Ability to make informed decisions based on limited fact and guidance.
