Overview
We're seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to manage client benefit plans and provide day-to-day service and support. In this role, you will manage client relationships, oversee plan renewals and implementations and ensure timely, accurate service delivery across all benefit lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients regarding their employee benefits plans.
- Manage the renewal and implementation process for group benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability and voluntary benefits.
- Coordinate with carriers and vendors to resolve issues and ensure accurate plan administration.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on plan design, compliance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with producers and internal teams to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in employee benefits or group insurance account management.In-depth understanding of group benefits products, carriers and regulations.Strong communication and relationship management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.Active 2-15 life and health insurance licenseCompensation & Benefits
