Stringing Machine Technician

Position Overview The Stringing Machine Technician will serve as a knowledgeable and patient point of contact for customers, assisting with troubleshooting, technical, support, and product guidance.

This role requires strong communication skills, hand-on stringing experience, and the ability to deliver exceptional service.

GAMMA will provide full training on our complete line of stringing machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting support to customers via phone, email, or virtual demonstrations.
• Answer technical questions and assist consumers with proper operation and maintenance of GAMMA stringing machines.
• Deliver clear, professional, and patient communication when resolving issues.
• Document customer inquiries and solutions to help improve processes and resources.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all GAMMA stringing machines and tools.
• Maintain knowledge of hundreds of active machine components, and partially manage part inventory
• Collaborate with the Customer Service and Product teams to escalate complex issues when needed.
