Purpose :
The Platform Operations Analyst will become a subject matter expert on internal portfolio management system functionality and use, including auditing and execution of trades across the firm’s multi-custodial platform, custom reporting, reconciliation / auditing, and providing internal account service. The role will also collaborate with members of the investment management team regularly.
Job Responsibilities :
- Produce, update, investigate, and correct issues from daily and weekly established audits across the multi custodial platform.
- Generate and maintain excellent working knowledge of custodial interfaces and their integration into the firm’s trading and reporting platform, including all reconciliation functions.
- Audit and execute trades daily across the firm’s multi-custodial platform through direct processing and / or manual uploads.
- Process and execute client contribution and distribution requests across the firm’s multi-custodian platform.
- Work with members of the investment management team on reporting and analytics requests.
- Establish and continuously update a well-defined documentation system of all on-going audits, and trading processes.
- Provide account servicing, including technical support, and assistance to internal traders, external brokers and associated trade support and investment management staff related to general questions, trade research, workflow updates and trading technology.
- Prepare and present deliverable to senior management, board level committee, and departmental directors, as requested.
- Generate and maintain excellent working knowledge on the construction of client-facing reports via the firm’s investment platform.
- Work with all other team members in a way that is conducive to the mission, values, and beliefs of the company to provide customer service beyond expectations.
- Comply with company-wide policies and SEC regulations.
