Compensation Analyst

Meta is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards Organization (TRO). In this role, you will apply your analytical expertise to support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that help Meta attract, retain, and reward top talent. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data insights, ensure program integrity, and support business decision-making. Compensation Analyst Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and administration of compensation programs and processes in alignment with Meta's business strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and modeling to inform compensation decisions, including cost modeling and employee impact analysis.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor program health, data integrity, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross functional partners to deliver periodic reporting, business updates, and analyses (e.g., retention modeling, cost impact simulations, compensation reviews).
• Identify and track success metrics for compensation programs, and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Work with large datasets and leverage advanced analytics tools (including AI-powered solutions) to streamline processes and deliver actionable insights.

$115,000 / year to $172,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
