Manage hiring, training, and performance of clinical staff. Develop and manage departmental staffing and budgets to meet operational goals. Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based, and high-quality patient care. Promote compliance with policies, procedures, and professional standards. Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, outcomes, and team engagement. Support growth and efficiency within existing and new behavioral health programs. Education : Nursing Diploma or Associate’s (minimum); BSN or MSN preferred Experience : 2–5 years (minimum), 5–10 years preferred Leadership : 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred License : RN (required)

This 46-bed hospital provides specialized care for Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry, including ECT services.
Schedule : Days + Management Call
