Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week full-time contract assignment in Winder, GA. This role allows you to deliver compassionate, patient-focused care to adults and geriatric patients in their homes. • Location : Winder, GA, and surrounding areas\n
• Company : Sunbelt Staffing in partnership with a Nationwide Home Health Agency\n
• Contract Length : 13 Weeks (with possible extension upon successful start and completion)\n
• Hours : Full-time, Scheduled 40 hours per week - no hours guaranteed\n
• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with occasional weekends and on-call duty (typically one weekend per month on-call)\n
• Productivity : 30-32 per week, up to 35 visits per week\n
• Compensation : Negotiable, based on experience and territory budget; hourly pay - not by visit; blended pay packages available for travelers\n
• Mileage Reimbursement : .48c from patient home to home, 150-250 miles per week expected\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using OASIS, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with agency standards.\n
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinating with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.\n
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter care.\n
• Educate patients and their families about care plans, medication management, and other health-related topics.\n
• Maintain accurate patient records in Homecare Homebase (HCHB), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.\n
• Travel to patient homes within the territory, using reliable transportation.\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.\n
• Adhere to Joint Commission standards and other regulatory requirements.\n\nRequirements\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.\n
• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience.\n
• Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB).\n
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.\n
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.\n
